1. DO NOT combine murmurcrafts (foreign) and murmurpins (my original design) items in one order（unless they are all in hand）！ I understand that there will be a higher shipping rate for separate parcels, but this is to prevent mistakes. I don't want to mistakenly sell your long-awaited pin as in hand extras during the wait for combine shipping.
2. For those who are buying more than 1 foreign pin：these pins are made by different pinmakers and shops. If you want to wait and group them all as 1 parcel, please place all pins in the same order. But if you want to get every single pin asap, please place separate orders for them (shipping rate will be more expensive).

1. Sales are final on pre orders. Funds will be directly going to pin production so orders cannot be cancelled once it is placed.
2. It takes at least 4 months for pin production. Duration depends on design complexity, quantity, times for changes and many other factors. If you don't want to wait for PO, don't buy it. Please wait for the in hand drops instead.
3. If you request for a PayPal refund just because you have changed your mind/ do not want to wait anymore, you will be banned from all the current and future sales.
